Birthday Boy

Finally! Pictures of The Boy's birthday party :)

He's had a "friend" birthday party for the past 2 years and we decided since my parents and little sister were in town that we were going to do a family party this year.

It was a lot of fun. We had a little backyard BBQ, opened presents, and had some tasty cupcakes.

Of course, it was chilly that day. It was nothing like his 2 year old party at the park that we had to end after like 45 minutes because it was so FREEZING and started to rain.

Auntie M was so kind and let The Girl borrow a hat and Aunt V let her use a jacket. Hey, I made it there with the kids and the present. LOL

The Boy loves his cousin Moma. I was so proud of how nicely they played with one another.

He was so cute opening his presents. He exclaimed, oohed and ahhed, and hugged each present. When he opened Animal Scramble he yelled out, "What the heck? This is like the game that Joshua has where Brooke lives!"

When I asked The Boy what kind of cupcakes he wanted for his party - and I'm expecting animal, zoo animal, farm animal, sea animal - he randomly replied, "Snowman cupcakes!" So I inlisted my awesome cousin (who has a cupcake business) to make them. They were so freaking adorable!
