Is it Thursday Already?

This week has been super weird. I feel like it has been forever long, but then today I was thinking, "I can't believe it's Thursday." Crazy. We've had a good week and we've had plenty to do, but it still seems like it has kind of dragged by. I wonder why that is?

I really wish that blogged everyday like my friend Mandy, because then I could remember to write down all the funny things that happen or that The Boy says. However, by the time I do get around to blogging, then I forget everything. LOL In fact, I'm lucky if I remember by the end of the day. I should keep a little notebook to write it all down in, but with my luck I'd just lose the notebook!

I can't remember Monday at all. I think we went to the Joann Fabric that night and both the kids were really good. I bought fabric to make The Girl a pillowcase dress in honor of her first trip to Disneyland at the end of the month and some fabric for a baby gift.

On Tuesday we walked over to the park and met some friends. I put both the babies in the Dream Stroller and The Boy walked. He did so well walking there and was really excited to see his friends. He pooped his pants while we are the park - SICK! He was trying really hard to get to the bathroom, but by the time we got there it was too late and I had a mess to clean up and no extra underwear, so he went commando for the rest of time. The walk home wasn't as pleasant. He was tired and it was warm and he wanted water, but we had drunk all of it while we were at the park. We made it home and he lived, so it couldn't have been that bad. I told him to lay down and I would be in soon to lay by him. I came back 5 minutes later and he had passed out. It was a good day:)

On Tuesday night we went to W-town so that Will could help his brother move furniture upstairs in anticipation of their parents coming home NEXT WEEK! Woot!

Yesterday we went to Music Makers and had a lot of fun. I leading the music time next month, so I need to go this month so I can get the routine down. The Boy loved it and we did this really fun song during Marching Time called "The Freeze". I wonder if my AWESOME BIL can find it for me?

Today we went to Zoomars Petting Zoo in San Juan Capistrano and The Boy had so much fun. They had bunnies, guinea pigs, goats, pigs, horses, llamas, and a cow. The Boy fed carrots to all the animals and I was amazed at how unafraid he was. However, we did have an incident with a guinea pig. He said he wanted to hold one. Well, his mother is much like his Grandmother and REALLY does not like to pick wiggly/squirmy little rodent like animals up. So, I tentively pick up the nasty little thing and go to set it in his lap and he FREAKS out! And the poor nasty thing is getting REALLY squirmy because a giant 3 year old boy is screaming and pushing it away and the lady holding it just really wants to drop it, but thinks better of it. It was pretty comical. Needless to say, we didn't pick up anymore guinea pigs. I also refused to go in with the goats because there was a warning sign that said, "WARNING The goats like to jump on you. They are very playful." I think not! The Boy went in no problem and none of them jumped on him. Phew! Because I don't know if I could have gone into save him:)

Tonight I am going to the church to get my new calling. What will it be? I don't know! Then, we're having a get together to make bows! Yea! I am making The Girl a Minnie Mouse bow - also in honor of her first trip to Disneyland at the end of the month and maybe some more korkers. I love 'em!

Look at my big girl holding up her head during tummy time.

Girl, remove the ticker at the bottom of your blog. LOL! Love the last picture of the boy feeding the bunny. Can't wait to see Disneyland pics! My girls were just asking (ie, begging) me today to take them. :)

"The Freeze" is an awesome song. If it's the one I think it is I have it on a cassette tape. This was one of the songs the boys have all enjoyed from preschool.

Oh, and you must let us know what your new calling is.

Okay, I read about the petting zoo and I told David he had to come read it too and we were cracking up. You're hilarious!
