SUMMER FAMILY FUN

Hola!

Twinners!

We had a very productive Tuesday. I did go to aerobics and I did do all the laundry. I also did some sewing for the boutique. I keep thinking of things to make with our leftover fabric, so my MIL told me I had to calm down so we could finish what we've already set out to do. Very true:) Well, to be totally honest, the laundry is all washed, but it isn't all folded and put away. That is my least favorite part of the whole process. So, right now I have baskets of clean laundry in my living room. I hope to get them done before I go to bed tonight.

Two babies!

Today we walked to the park and along the way we saw 2 people from church. The first called me from her cell phone as she drove by to ask me a few questions - she couldn't stop because it wasn't a safe place to pull over. The 2nd stopped and we chatted for a little while. We decided we are going to start walking with one another - maybe 3 days a week. That would be sweet! I was supposed to start walking on Fridays with Will's cousin's wife, but she is so busy with work and home that it hasn't quite worked out. So, I'm going to see if this other opportunity will pan out better. Tonight I have mutual and the YM are in charge, so it will be an easy night for me. Yea!

Last night I put the boy in his crib and left the room. He hasn't been protesting for the past week when I lay him down - even though he's just drowsy and not asleep. So, I told Will I was going to go downstairs to finish up some things I had been sewing. Well, I guess that The Boy decided he didn't want to be in his bed by himself, so he yelled out. Will went in and this is what I think The Boy was thinking, "Mmmm, it's daddy, he will get me out of here." So, he raised his arms to picked up. Will hesitated for a moment and almost did it. I told him he was lucky he didn't because then his daddy-putting-to-bed credibility would be ruined. He did sit in with him for a 1/2 hour rubbing his belly and patting his back. That is more than he gets from me, so I am sure The Boy was very pleased. However, I'm glad that Will could put him down because Thursday I am going with my in-laws to the BYU Folk Dance performance and it means he can put The Boy to sleep while I am gone. Phew!

Tuckered out after a long day at Disneyland.

I still have dishes in the sink to do - YUCK! I wish I had a dishwasher sometimes. Oh well! It's a hard knock life:)
