October Festivities

Even though I spent most of October as a crazy woman
trying to get ready for the CUW Fall Boutique,
I did try to do some fun things with my kiddos.

We had spooky ghost pancakes.
However, the kids didn't like them being called spooky,
so I changed it to Casper the Friendly Ghost pancakes.
Ha!The Girl liked to just pull the chocolate chips out
and then ask for another pancake.
Crazy girl.

We also had jack'o'lantern pizzas.
Yummy!

We had adventures in piggy tails.
We went to the pumpkin patch as a FAMILY!
Holla!
All four of us.
Yes, it's a Festivus miracle.

The Boy got to ride a horse.
He's totally in heaven.

The Girl danced in almost every group picture I tried to take.

We fed the animals.

Some of us, against our will :)

The Girl rode her version of a horse.
Don't ask me what that woman behind her is doing.

We tried for one last group picture without dancing,
and everyone looking forward . . . .
SUCCESS!

Goodbye favorite parking lot pumpkin patch.
You are magical at night.
I don't think we'll ever come during the day -
even though lighting would be less tricky :)

Our last hurrah! of the month
was to have a Halloween dinner with the A-team.

We had witch's brew salad, handwiches, mummy mucus,

Candy corn cupcakes, Halloween Jell-O, mummy dogs,

pumpkin cupcakes, and witchy cupcakes.

Everyone enjoyed the food.
The Girl enjoyed the cupcakes.
And so did her dad :)
