I love November. Actually, I love the last 1/4 of the year. October, November, and December are my favorite months. They make me want to watch favorite movies like, Sleepless in Seattle, While You Were Sleeping, and You've Got Mail. I love the holidays that go along with each month and I love decorating for them. It makes me sad that I have to take down some of my decorations this week, so that we are more "fall" than "Halloween". I also love the smells of this time of year - apples, pumpkin, spice, chimney fires. It's fabulous!
The Boy celebrated his first Halloween yesterday and we had a fun day. We went to aerobics in the morning and he romped around with the other kids. He is getting to be a speedy-quick crawler. T Family Baby Races, here we come! He took his morning nap and then we were off to Disneyland with Grandma and Grandpa. We took pictures in front of the Mickey Jack-0-latern and went on The Jungle Cruise, The Tiki Room, and The Haunted Mansion - perfect for Halloween. We rode the train around the park and then went home. I put off doing the major cleaning until yesterday and I payed the price - the hot water heater broke. So, I can't do the dishes or scrub the tub or floors. Ahh! They are hopefully going to replace it today, so mi esposo won't have to take an ice cold shower again tomorrow and I can finish the cleaning.
Last night our cousins came over and we dressed the kiddos up for some pictures. Don't they look so cute? We skipped the bath last night because of the hot water issues, but he did have Halloween jammies to wear. I didn't take pictures until this morning, because our camera was dying. His first birthday is a little over a month away and I am so excited! I have found exactly what I want him to have. It's this cool train and I thjnk he will love chasing it. There are lots of other parts that go with it, so maybe grandma and grandpa will add to his collection:)
Today we are REALLY cleaning, I need to get a good run in, and I've got to pick up refreshments for Mutual tonight. Have a fabulous Wednesday!
P.S. I can't get the pictures to post, so as soon as I get them to work, I will!

Haha! Love the beginning of your post! I forgot to add my favorite smells on my blog...I just LOVE all the special tarts that Yankee Candle puts out this time of year! Sucks about the water heater...maybe you'll have to revert back to the 1800's and heat water on the stove first. :)
